Our West Yorkshire fabrication facility sits at the centre of the region’s manufacturing and engineering heartland. It’s here that our skilled team transforms the visions of architects and specifiers into precision-engineered products.
The facility is designed to mirror our production workflow—taking raw materials through each stage to deliver high-quality finished items.
We create products with
exacting specifications
The manufacturing journey begins in our raw material store, where we work closely with trusted aluminium and steel stockholders to maintain a just-in-time supply of materials.
As bespoke fabricators, we don’t limit our clients to standard sizes—every product is custom cut to the exact lengths required by the design. Our experienced team then fabricates each piece, expertly sanding and linishing to eliminate imperfections and create strong, seamless welded joints.
Once fabrication is complete, the product moves to our powder coating team, who thoroughly clean and treat each item before applying a durable powder coat finish, cured in our stoving oven for a long-lasting, weather-resistant surface.
Next, the product enters the assembly and despatch area, where additional components such as felt-wrapped pin board inserts, polycarbonate windows, magnetic panels, and mechanical fittings (including hinges or pneumatic arms) are added by skilled technicians.
Finally, each product undergoes a thorough quality check, is carefully packaged, and prepared for delivery to the customer.
