Registered Design Security Hinged Section – Design No. 2097746
This innovative full-length aluminium security hinge features a registered design (No. 2097746) and consists of a longitudinal male and female interlocking two-piece system. Manufactured from 2.5mm profile-grade aluminium 6063T6, it offers exceptional strength and alignment accuracy.
The main frame is also a registered design, fabricated from 42mm x 3mm grade 6063T6 aluminium to BS EN 755 standards. All corners are TIG welded and dressed before the frame is powder coated to a 100-micron finish, ensuring structural integrity, durability, and a premium appearance.
Locks
Security allen keys, zinc dipped with 6mm hole to fit s/steel security screws with thread length of 16mm
Clear Display Panel
2mm thick PET polyethylene. Weather resistant, shock resistant and environmentally friendly, UV stable fire rating class 1Y or German DIN4102B1.
